Ball Field Reservations

Local ball teams wishing to secure a field schedule should contact Traci Storey at (913) 837-5371.  If there are conflicts with schedules submitted prior to March 20th a lottery drawing will be held.  Fees are not required for daytime use of the fields during unscheduled periods, however previously scheduled teams take priority over the field.  Teams must carry and present an approved schedule before taking an occupied field.  Such documentation must be presented to law enforcement upon request.
